Picture is of Zira @ 4 years with her 2-year-old daughter Kagome, about 7 hours after milking.
Zira is retired from showing now, but we are already looking forward to her kids from Lorne next year, and we will not be selling any does from her. Her daughter, Cookie Dough, was Best in Show at the county expo this year; Cookie Dough's older sister, Sabrina was Reserve Champion Overall at the county fair.
Her sire, Cherry Glen Radical Eivan, is the half sibling of the ’06 ADGA Nat’l Champ Alpine/Best Udder of Breed.

Like her sister Kagome, Sabrina has lots of dairy character and is very angular, with a very correct front end. From the rear, her udder is very capacious & well-balanced with well-positioned teats, and exceptional rear udder heigth & width. Sabrina was shown for the first time at our county fair this year, where she was Grand Champ Rec. Grade and Reserve Champion Overall for Youth and Open. She also won Best Udder In Show.

Marcie is extremely uphill for a yearling, very smoothly blended, correct on her feet and legs, with an extremely high and wide escutcheon; she also walks with plenty of width between the rear legs. Like Lorne and all of his other kids, she is always quite proud of herself and looks wonderful in the show ring, or anywhere else for that matter; she immediately grabs attention just by the way she walks, in the ring or on the farm.
