She was also deep bodied with lots of dairy character, and amazing shoulders. We took Velma to a Nigerian Dwarf show in May of 2006; she was second in her class of about eight, but she ended up Reserve Champion over more than 30 Sr. does. She was also GCH/BOB Nigerian at the Prince William County Fair, but there were not enough for a sanction. She was GCH/BOB Nigerian in the MDGA ring at the 2007 Memorial Weekend show, and received a leg toward her championship. Her 2007 buck kid, Candy Man, was Jr. Champion Nigerian in 2 of the 3 rings at the Delmarva Buck Exposition. Shown five times under different judges, four of those times he was first.
